The religious oath taken by every member upon registration is a binding religious and moral covenant before Allah first and foremost. 3. Membership Requirements and Registration To register on Naseeb and benefit from its services, you must: - Be a Saudi national or a legal resident within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. - Be an adult who has completed eighteen years of age. - Successfully verify your identity through the government's Nafath platform. - Enter honest and accurate information in your personal profile. - Be free from Islamic legal impediments that would prevent marriage according to Islamic rulings. - Be in a legal status that permits marriage under applicable regulations. 4. Member Obligations Throughout your membership, you are obligated to: - Enter honest and accurate information at all times and in all stages of use. - Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, such as email and password. - Not share your account with any other person under any pretext. - Not post any offensive content or content violating Islamic Sharia or Saudi regulations. - Not request financial or sensitive personal information from other members. - Not impersonate any other person in any way. - Immediately report any suspicious behavior or conduct that violates terms. - Treat other members with full respect and complete propriety at all times. 5. Strictly Prohibited Content It is absolutely forbidden to post, send, or share: - Indecent photos or content violating public decency and Islamic customs. - Content promoting any deviant ideology contrary to Sharia or regulations. - Personal contact details such as phone numbers, WhatsApp accounts, or Snapchat handles in messages. - External links or commercial and promotional advertisements. - Any content intended to harm, blackmail, or harass other members. - Any misleading or false information about oneself or others. 6. Privacy and Personal Content You bear full responsibility for all content you post on the platform. Naseeb fully respects your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Policy detailed on the site. Naseeb bears no responsibility for any actions that occur between members outside the scope and confines of the platform. You alone are responsible for your decisions related to acquaintance and marriage. 7. Service Suspension and Account Termination We reserve the full right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Suspension may occur without prior notice in serious and urgent cases. Primary grounds for suspension include: identity impersonation, posting prohibited content, repeated harassment of members, or any material violation of the terms. A suspended member has no right to claim a refund of any fees or amounts paid. 8. Packages and Fees The platform may include paid packages that grant additional features and privileges. Disclaimer Naseeb facilitates the search for a life partner for the purpose of marriage, but does not guarantee finding a partner within a specific timeframe. Final decisions related to marriage rest solely with you, your family, and your relatives. Naseeb is not responsible for any disputes or material or moral losses resulting from interactions between members. 10. Intellectual Property All platform contents including designs, code, texts, and logos are the exclusive property of Naseeb. Copying, distributing, or using them commercially without prior written permission is not permitted. 11.
